TEACHING MATERIAL:
Teaching materials (such as homework, sheets, or handouts) are all shared online, or sent via email to the student (before, during or after class).
The textbook is not included, but can be chosen with the teacher and purchased by the school (according to the goals that the student wants to achieve).
However, we advise students to come to virtual classes with all the equipment necessary to take notes and to attend the lessons.
ENTRY TEST AND CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
For new members, School Versilia provides an Online Entry Test, in order to assess the effective knowledge of Italian and the enrolment to the class of the correct level. Only students who already possess an Official Certificate of Italian Language Proficiency, can skip the Test: in this case, they will be directly assigned to the next level (respect to the one indicated on the certificate).
At the end of the course, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued, with the indication of the level reached and the accomplished hours.
REQUIREMENTS AND GOOD PRACTICES FOR ONLINE LESSONS:
For the online classes is required to have got:
1) An Email Account (better if Gmail) with its valid and accessible mailbox;
2) A computer or a laptop or Tablet (not a mobile phone), to attend lessons;
3) stable internet connection;
4) Headphones.
It is also good practice, in respect of teachers and other classmates:
- To be ready at least 5/10 minutes before the lesson begins, with the PC (or Tablet) configured and the E-mail box opened and ready to receive the invitation link to the virtual lesson;
- to have previously tested Audio and Video, to get to class prepared.
For this type of courses tourist activities or accommodation are not provided.
